In these uncertain times, we are trying to find ways to help our customers which include a number of special promotions on the websites and which we are monitoring and adjusting to follow government guidelines as well as the needs of our customers. 

There is a lot of advice online already, but here is some information to make the most out of our special offers and help during this difficult time.

Communication

In this unusual situation we have to find ways to build stronger link with customers and hopefully finding new ones, but as it is not currently possible to engage with them face to face as you usually do, our recommendation is to focus on social media.

Here are 3 recommended topics:

Share your story, who you are, what makes your shop special – it will help you grow your fan base and engaging with followers.

Build stronger relationships by messaging them, sharing tips and suggesting resources to get through this difficult period.

De wereld komt samen in moeilijke tijden om de verspreiding van Covid-19 tegen te gaan. We zien ons gedwongen om ons aan te passen zodat we elkaar beschermen, en deel daarvan betekent dat we de vrijheden die we als vanzelfsprekend beschouwen, tijdelijk moeten opgeven.

Bei Sport Relief geht es darum, Sport als leistungsstarkes Instrument zu nutzen, um Menschen zum Engagement zu inspirieren. Deshalb wollten wir sicherstellen, dass die von uns gewählte Herausforderung so vielen Mitgliedern unseres Teams aus Cornwall wie möglich zugänglich ist. Am Ende hatten wir eine zweiteilige Herausforderung!

Världen jobbar tillsammans i dessa svåra tider för att bekämpa spridningen av Covid-19. Vi måste snabbt ändra våra vanor för att skydda varandra och det betyder att vi måste ge upp vissa friheter som vi normalt tar för givet.

The world is coming together in difficult times to fight against the spread of Covid-19.  We are having to quickly change our habits to protect each other and some of that means giving up the freedoms we take for granted. 

2018 kämpade vårat team från huvudkontoret och lagret mot vind, regn och snö för att cykla så långt som möjligt under en dag längs “Camel Trail” i Cornwall, och samlade in över £1100 för Sport Relief.  När dem kontaktade oss igen 2020 tvekade vi inte och la till detta till vår 30 for 30-utmaning.

Stiamo attraversando una situazione davvero difficile, la lotta alla diffusione del Codiv-19 sta modificando le abitudini di tutti gli italiani e ci è stato chiesto di rinunciare a molte libertà ma sappiamo tutti che è necessario seguire le direttive del Governo perché solo così possiamo superare questa situazione e ritornare quanto prima alla normalità.

2020 est une grande année pour Puckator, nous célébrons notre 30e anniversaire et nous avons créé le défi 30 pour 30 pour des organismes de bienfaisance! En tant qu’entreprise, nous avons toujours voulu faire une différence et cette année, nous voulons aller plus loin que jamais en soutenant et en parrainant 30 bonnes causes et organisations dans le monde.

Nel 2018 un gruppo di dipendenti del nostro Ufficio Generale e del Magazzino sfidarono vento, pioggia e neve, pedalando per più tempo possibile lungo il Camel Trail in Cornovaglia, raccogliendo fondi per più di 1100£ per Sport Relief.
